ANALISIS CARA PENYELESAIAN SENGKETA YANG TEPAT UNTUK MENINGKATKAN PERLINDUNGAN TERHADAP KONSUMEN
Abstract
Juridically, the consumer dispute resolution process based on the Consumer Protection Act can be pursued using litigation (through the courts) and non- litigation channels. Settlement through non-litigation channels is carried out by the Consumer Dispute Settlement Agency (BPSK) by means of Mediation, Conciliation, and Arbitration. BPSK has also not been 100% able to resolve this dispute, especially those concerning objections to conciliation or mediation decisions, as well as the determination of execution there is no regulation at all.
